ZANS LIL SPITFIRE is a well balanced little gelding with a great disposition.  This 4 year old was bred and raised at the University of Missouri, and was used as our junior stallion until the spring of 2007.  He was gelded in October of 2007, and has been easily transitioning to life as a gelding.  He is now being turned out quietly with our mares.  Diablo was started under saddle as a 2 year old, and has been ridden for the past few years by one of our senior students.  We consider Diablo suitable for an intermediate rider.  Diablo is well started under saddle and ready for training in your discipline of choice.

BLOODLINES: Diablo’s sire, Sugars Oak Bar, is a NCHA money earner and sire of World Champion, ROM Performance, and NCHA money earning offspring.  He is sired by Doc’s Oak, who has been inducted into the NCHA Hall of Fame and $70,988 NCHA LTE.

His dam is sired by Clipper Zan, earner of an AQHA Performance ROM, and has sired NRHA, NCHA, and NSBA money earners.  Zan Parr Bar is an AQHA Champion who produced an AQHA Superhorse, World Champions, Superior Halter and Performance earners, and NRHA, NCHA, NSBA, and NRCHA money earners.

Genuine Doc is an All-Time Leading Cutting Sire, NRHA All-Time Leading Sire, and sire of NRHA, NCHA, NRCHA, and Working Cow Horse money earners.  Diablo also carries the blood lines of AQHA Hall of Fame horses Doc Bar (2x) and Sugar Bars (2x), and AQHA Champion Poco Tivio
